Insight Filters highlight risky behaviour to surface high-priority infringements.
Users have the option to either Include or Exclude specific insights:

Repeat Offender | The account has at least 3 infringing listings that have been sent for takedown for the current organization. |
Has Related Accounts | The account is linked to at least one other account via shared contact information. |
Account is a Seller | The social media account has been detected as a commercial account offering products for sale. |
New Product | AI model has detected the listing as a new product. |
Used Product | AI model has detected the listing as a used product. |
Logo Detected | AI model detected a trademarked logo in the listing image. |
Logo Not Detected | AI model did not detect any trademarked logo in the listing image. |
Infringing Account | The account has been identified with at least 2 actionable infringing posts. |
Post is for Sale | AI model detected that the post includes a product offered for sale. |
Post Has No Listed Brand | The post does not reference any brand. |
High Value eCommerce | The account or website has a high probability of selling counterfeits. |
Moderation Mistake | The item was reclassified after being incorrectly labeled. |
Abnormal Price | The listing price is below the alert threshold for its product category (2x below mean price) (thresholds are configured in the Categories section). |
AI Legitimacy Website | Domains that the system has already identified as legitimate. |
Website has WHOIS Details | This indicates that the domain's registration information is successfully retrievable from the public WHOIS database. WHOIS records provide essential details about a domain, including the registrar, creation date, expiration date, and sometimes the contact information of the entity who registered it. |
Website has MX Record | This means the domain has a Mail Exchanger (MX) record properly configured in its Domain Name System (DNS) settings. An MX record specifies the mail server responsible for accepting incoming email messages on behalf of that domain, verifying that the domain is set up to receive email. |
Language-Region Mismatch | This is a common security or fraud indicator triggered when the primary language used on a website does not naturally align with the geographic location of the sold goods/services. |
