The Enforcement filters allow users to refine results by intellectual property (IP) assets, validation errors, and notice statuses during the enforcement process.
Filter results by the specific intellectual property asset linked to an item.
Items may show validation errors when required information is missing, incomplete, or invalid. Examples include:

Organization Enforcement Profile Missing | No enforcement profile configured for the organization. |
Post IP Document Missing / Expired / Incomplete / Exceeding platform limits | Required IP documentation is missing, invalid, expired, incomplete, or exceeds platform submission limits. |
Organization LOA Missing | Letter of Authorization not provided for the organization. |
Post Screenshot Missing | No screenshot attached to the post. |
Post Seller Name Missing | Seller name not provided for the post. |
Post Site Code Missing | Site code not assigned for the post. |
Post IP Asset Missing | IP asset not linked to the post. |
Platform Credentials Missing | Platform login credentials required for enforcement are not available. |
Tracks the progress of enforcement notices:
Notice Status | Definition |
Pending Review | Notice is awaiting internal review before action. |
Marked for Enforcement | Notice has been flagged for enforcement. |
Notice Queued | Notice is in the enforcement queue. |
Notice in Progress | Notice is actively being submitted. |
Notice Failed | Notice could not be processed successfully. |
Notice Processed | Notice has been successfully submitted and completed. |
