The Reasons filter allows users to refine results by specific reasons that align with a brand’s infringement criteria. These reasons are fully customizable and can be set up by each brand to match their enforcement strategy.
For example, a fashion and luxury brand might configure the following reason filters:
Description – Trademark Alteration → Post description shows altered or misspelled brand name.
Bio – Obvious Counterfeit Keyword → Seller bio contains clear counterfeit-related terms.
Description – No Suspicious/Counterfeit Elements → Nothing suspicious detected in the description.
Poster Name – Obvious Counterfeit Keyword → Account name includes counterfeit-related keywords.
Description – Non-Collaboration → Claims collaboration that does not exist.
All – No Brand/Incorrect Brand → Either no brand listed or a mismatched brand.
Price – Suspiciously Low → Listing price is unusually low for the product category.
This filter also contains Include and Exclude logic for Images and AND/OR logic for Posts.

This filter helps brands apply their own risk and infringement logic, making results more relevant and actionable.
