Refine results using brand-defined product categories, product lines, SKUs, and other identifiers to understand where specific products and ranges are most impacted.
Product Category Filters allow users to narrow results by product categories that have been set up in the Settings page. These categories are fully customizable and help tailor monitoring and reporting to the brand’s portfolio.
For example, a fashion and luxury brand might configure the following categories:
Apparel (t-shirts, dresses, jackets)
Footwear (sneakers, heels, boots)
Accessories (belts, hats, scarves)
Bags (handbags, backpacks, clutches)
Jewelry & Watches (necklaces, bracelets, watches)
Using Product Category Filters, the brand could quickly isolate results — for instance, showing only bags when investigating counterfeit handbags, or only jewelry & watches when reviewing high-risk items.
The reporting name is a reporting-only category name used to aggregate multiple detailed product categories into a single category for reporting and analytics. This can be configured in the Settings.
It does not affect:
How items are moderated
Which infringement label is applied
How enforcement is performed
It only affects how product data is grouped in reports.
Product Line → group of related products that belong to the same category.
Product → specific item or model within a product line. It represents an individual SKU, model name, or concrete offering.
Product lines & Products can be configured in the Settings.
