The Label Filters can be applied to three different sections: Posts, Images & Accounts/Websites, containing the option to Include or Exclude:

All | Displays all items, regardless of label. |
All Infringements | Displays all items marked with any type of infringement label. |
Counterfeit | Items identified as fake or unauthorized replicas of genuine products. |
Infringement Non-Commercial | Unauthorized use of IP with no commercial intent (e.g., fan content). |
Infringement | General infringement not falling into a more specific category. |
Suspicious | Items flagged as potentially infringing but requiring further review. |
Irrelevant | Items determined to be unrelated to the brand or outside monitoring scope. |
Legitimate | Verified as authentic or compliant, not infringing. |
Grey Market | Genuine products sold through unauthorized or unofficial channels. |
Branded Elements | Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or brand assets in content. |
Parasitism | Leveraging brand reputation unfairly without authorization (e.g., misleading association). |
Design Infringement | Unauthorized use or copying of product designs or features. |
Copyright Infringement | Unauthorized use of copyrighted content (e.g., text, images, media). |
DPI - Under review | Potential Design/Patent Infringement flagged but not yet confirmed. |
Unactionable DPI | Design/Patent Infringement detected but cannot be actioned. |
Trademark Infringement | Unauthorized use of registered trademarks. |
Scraping Error | Item could not be processed correctly due to a technical error. |
Out of Scope | Items not within the defined monitoring scope. |
Other | Items that do not fit into existing categories. |
T&C Violation | Items violating platform terms and conditions but not necessarily IP-related. |
