Upload Supporting Documents for Mail-Based Notices
Users can now add evidence files directly to notices before they’re sent.
Key Points:
Previously, Supporting Documents couldn’t accept file uploads, which limited the ability to attach extra evidence (e.g., genuine vs. counterfeit comparisons).
Users can now upload files from their computer into Supporting Documents while the notice is still in Queue.
This enhancement currently applies to notice types that use the “mail” method.
Simplified Bulk Selection in Post View
Selecting multiple posts is now faster and easier.
Key Points:
Replaced the old Rank column with checkboxes for each post.
Added a master checkbox in the header to select all posts with a single click.
Removes the need to select one post first and then scroll to use “Select All.”

You can now submit takedown requests for:

• Works for both Facebook and Instagram.
Shopee IP Improvements & Smarter Error Handling
Makes it easier to match IP Assets on Shopee and prevents accidental repeat enforcement.
Key Points:
Alternative IP Asset Names:
• Added a new “Alternative Name” field so you can store multiple name variations for an IP Asset.
• Helps the system recognize brand or certificate names exactly as they appear on Shopee and Ali platforms.
Shopee-Compatible Certificates:
• You can now mark an IP Certificate as Shopee Compatible, making it easier for the system to use the right documents during Shopee enforcement.
Automatic Shopee Error File Handling:
• When Shopee sends back an error file, the system now processes it automatically.
• Posts marked by Shopee as REMOVED are updated to Down so we don’t attempt to enforce them again.
• Posts marked UNDER_REVIEW are updated to Already Reported.
• Other errors are captured and shown clearly to users.
• This prevents repeated submissions and keeps enforcement cleaner and more accurate.
Behind the Scenes:
• Shopee error file details are now shared automatically between ScraperForce and Zeal2, keeping data consistent without extra manual steps.
