We’ve introduced a new interface for managing Enforcement Configuration in the platform Settings, where domains are added and configured (i.e eBay, Amazon, Instagram and other websites).

UI/UX ENHANCEMENTS
Update: Small Gallery / Thumbnail View UI Adjustments (PLM-10)
We’ve addressed several UI inconsistencies in the Small Gallery View on the Post View to align it with design specs.
Key Points:
· Caret button size corrected to match Figma design
· Label icon repositioned slightly higher on image
· Font size and line height adjusted

Update: Tags Now Displayed Above Image Reasons (PLM-205)
We’ve improved the layout of the Image View to include Tags directly above the Image Reasons section.
Key Points:
· Tags are now clearly visible and accessible where users frequently reference them
· Spacing between sections has been adjusted for a cleaner layout

Update: Image Scroll Navigation Button Behaviour (PENG-2363)
We’ve corrected the behaviour of the down arrow in the image scroll component.
Key Points:
· The down button now advances to the next set/page of images, rather than jumping to the last page
· This provides smoother and more predictable navigation when reviewing large image sets

Update: Image Panel Sizing Adjustments (PENG-2366)
We’ve updated the layout of the Image View panel to improve visibility and usability.
Key Points:
· More images are now shown on the left-hand side (LHS)
· The main image display size has been adjusted for better focus and clarity

Update: Guide Image Selection in Edit Image Feature Modal (PENG-1829)
We’ve enhanced the Edit Image Feature Modal to support guide creation with curated reference images.
Key Points:
· View all images with bounding boxes for the selected moderation reason
· Select up to 4 images to be used in the feature guide
· Selected images appear as a carousel preview within the labelling guide

Update: Conditional Display of Enforcement Instructions and Webform URL in Notice Details (PENFRC-51)
We’ve enhanced the Notice Details section in the Takedown View to adapt based on the enforcement method dynamically.
Key Points:
· If the method is EMAIL:
o Show Sender Email, Recipient Email, and Message to Site
o Display Instructions below these fields
· If the method is WEBFORM or IPPORTAL:
o Show a clickable Webform URL
o Display Instructions below the URL
o Hide sender and recipient email fields
· Instructions are now presented in a visually distinct info box for clarity

Update: Enforce Button Added to Post View Footer (PENFRC-56)
We’ve added an Enforce button to the footer of the Post View to streamline enforcement actions directly from the listing view.
Key Points:
· Uses the same backend endpoint and parameters as the Enforce button in the Details page
· Supports consistent enforcement flow across multiple views

Update: Enforcement Post View Filter Label Improvements (PENFRC-69)
We’ve updated the terminology in the Takedown View filters to improve clarity and alignment with other views.
Key Points:
· "Any" renamed to "All" (consistent with IP Assets filter behaviour: "Select All")
· Notice Status options updated to: Queued, In Progress, and Processed — matching the Takedown View terminology

We’ve updated the Platform Credentials section in Settings to align with the latest UX/UI design standards.
Key Points:

· Enhanced validation, interaction patterns, and full support for edit, delete, activate, and deactivate actions

Update: Column Configuration UI with Validation and Usability Enhancements (PLM-157)
We’ve introduced a new feature for configuring table columns (i.e rank, image, impact_score, price) along with key validations and UX improvements.
Key Points:
· At least one non-fixed column is required without a width constraint
· The last enabled column cannot be deselected to ensure table integrity
· Clicking Apply now automatically closes the modal.
· Improved navigation for wide tables:
– Horizontal scrolling support added to make it easier to access columns when many are enabled
– Optimized for cases with high Items per page settings (e.g. 500)

FILTERS, SORTING & SEARCH FUNCTIONALITY
Update: Post View Sorting Behaviour (PENG-2336)
We’ve released an update to improve the Post View sorting behaviour. This fix ensures a consistent user experience when navigating between different feed views.
Key Points:
· Default Behaviour Restored: The Post View now resets to descending order (default) for impact_score each time the user returns to the page.

Update: AND/OR Operator Support for Tags and Reasons Filters (PLM-5)
We’ve added AND/OR operator functionality to both the Tags and Reasons filters for improved filtering precision.
Key Points:
· AND – Returns only results that match all selected values
· OR – Returns results that match any of the selected values

Update/Fix: AND/OR Tag Filtering Logic (PLM-18, PLM-19)
We’ve resolved an issue where the AND and OR filtering logic for tags was not functioning as expected.
Key Points:
· OR logic no longer shows posts outside the selected tags.
· AND logic now correctly returns only posts that match all selected tags.

Fix: L1 Category Filter Results Updating (PENG-142)
We’ve resolved an issue where applying the L1 Category filter on the Image Features screen did not update the total results correctly.
Key Points:
· Filtering by L1 Category now updates the result count as expected.

Update: Cross-Filtering for Website Category and Website Name (PLM-32)
We’ve introduced cross-filtering logic between Website Category and Website Name fields.
Key Points:
· Selecting a category (e.g. Marketplace) now dynamically filters the list of available website names to match the selected type.

Update: Dynamic Filtering for Geography and Website Category (PLM-34)
We’ve improved the Website Name filter by introducing dynamic filtering based on selected Geography and Website Category.
Key Points:
· Selecting a Website Category now limits the Website Name options to relevant platforms.
· Selecting an Estimated Geography filters the Website Name options to those within the selected region.

Update: Website Filter Grouped by Registered Domain (PLM-21)
We’ve enhanced the Website filter by introducing nested grouping based on registered domain names.
Key Points:
· Websites are now grouped under parent domains (e.g. eBay → ebay.com, ebay.ru, etc).
· Groups are determined using the "Registered Name" field from the Website table.
· Applies to platforms like Amazon, eBay, Mercado Libre, and others.

We’ve added a new Post Publishing Date filter to the Date filter in the Post View.
